How this dashboard now treats spending
  • Bank / Cash / Savings payments are counted as cash outflow.
  • Credit card swipes are counted as liability created, not immediate cash spend.
  • The dashboard keeps these separate so you do not casually double count the swipe month and the repayment month.
  • Note: if card bill repayments are still stored as normal expenses in the source data, the backend should eventually tag them as settlements/transfers for perfect analytics.
